The Porter Cable CHARGER TYPE 1PCC692L and four 20V 6Ah lithium batteries. I seen a video on YouTube that describes how to get these green. The background on this is they are only 1 year old with 4 charges in them at most. Specifically the big size variant.

I charged each battery and recorded the light code you can see in picture. Due to the sub zero temperatures these may need be jump started its beyond my capabilities so they are listed as parts only.
